Looking at the Staggers Act 40 Years Later with Ian Jefferies, President and CEO, AAR

And before joining the AAR, Jefferies served as a senior policy advisor to the Chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation, from 2009-2013.
