To help companies reclaim their control of enterprise devices, ChargeItSpot (Booth B2205) has been revealing its ARC (Asset Recharge Center) locker solution this week.

A centralized mobile device management kiosk, the ARC releases employees’ enterprise mobile devices—from handheld computers to smartphones to tablets—with the most charge possible. Additionally, it alerts managers whenever their devices have not been returned, while enabling their colleagues to discover any potential device damage that has occurred by the end of their shifts.

Consequently, the self-service, touchscreen kiosk, which has expandable modular locker banks, along with a reporting and management platform, minimizes managers’ required mobile device oversight. In turn, issues like wasted payroll hours, which are spent checking devices in and out (estimated at more than 1,000 payroll hours per year, per location), decrease too.

“Companies have struggled to find a good way to manage their enterprise mobile devices for nearly 10 years,” said Douglas Baldasare, founder and CEO of ChargeItSpot. “When we built ARC, we saw our clients wasting millions of dollars on replacing lost devices, repairing broken devices and paying managers to troubleshoot and resolve device issues. Now their mobile device problems are being solved systematically, as we prepare to scale ARC across multiple industries this year.”
