Offering fast, precise diverts of different product and packaging types—including polybags—theIntelliSort HDS sliding shoe sorteris engineered for high-throughput e-commerce operations.

Its dual-sided construction accommodates a high density of chutes in minimal floor space, making the sorter ideal for zone-skipping applications that pre-sort orders according to destination region before releasing them to last-mile parcel carriers.

For gentle product control, patented soft-touch divert technology reduces item impact speed without slowing throughput or hampering divert accuracy.
